The ERIK Network Database of European RPIAs and Good Practices is now available on line. The ERIK Network developed its own methodology to collect and organise the wealth of first-hand experiences born from RPIAs (and other regional programmes) all over Europe and to allow an in-depth analysis of practices by means of self-evaluating regional surveys.

In order to develop the database, several RPIAs schemes and surveys, including the European level Regional Innovation Award survey, were taken into account. The database also benefited from existing innovation-related information sources, such as EUROSTAT. The ERIK database covers both policy level (programmes) and actions or projects funded by the programmes.

The ERIK database is open to the public and is free to access. Visitors wishing to access the database must first register by filling in the Registration Form
The password then allows visitors full access to all the regional data available.

The ERIK Network is now active through the ERIK Action project, funded by INTERREG IVC. In the framework of the project 11 regions will transfer good practices into their mainstream structural funds programmes. For information on the ERIK Action project click here.
